About MCF
We acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of the land on which Myrtle Creek Farm (MCF) is situated. We pay our respects to the elders, past, present, and emerging, of the First Nations people of Lutruwita (Tasmania).

Welcome to MCF, our little slice of heaven in the Tasmanian mountains and just a stone's throw away from Hobart. We're a partner duo with a passion for sustainability, story-telling and history. Oh, and did we mention we have a furry farm mascot named Puddin'? She's our trusty canine sidekick, always up for adventures and belly rubs.

Our farm is like no other - a delightful blend of seclusion, luxury, and a deeper connection with the native animals and surrounds. It's like an exclusive party for the Tasmanian wildlife, and guess what? You're on the VIP list! And of course, so is Puddin'. She's the unofficial greeter, making sure you feel welcome with her wagging tail and boundless enthusiasm.

Our journey began with a shared dream of living in harmony with nature and having the time of our lives 'building stuff'. MCF became our canvas, and trust us, our artistic skills are on par with a toddler's finger-painting masterpiece. But hey, who needs the Mona Lisa when you have breathtaking landscapes and giggling wildlife, right?

Now, you might wonder what to do in Tasmania. Fear not, we've got you covered! Our farm is set to offer a buffet of experiences, from exploring the wilderness to relaxing in the Hobart Sauna. As guardians of this land, sustainability is our jam. We're like the eco-warriors of the wilderness, armed with composting toilets, salvaged materials and resuable waterbottles etc. Don't worry; we won't make you do a sustainability pledge, but when you're here you shall walk the walk.

So, gear up for a Tasmanian adventure with a dash of humor, lashings of luxury, and a whole lot of native animal encounters (yes there are the odd Tasmanian Devil and loads of Pademelons). MCF is the place where fun meets the wild, and we promise an unforgettable time.
